Vincent Nardi. A man, a myth, and a legend to friends and foes alike. Vincent was born in Sicily, in 1978. After his father, a capo in the Alighieri Family was murdered during a war with another Mafia family, Vincent's mother sent him to Liberty City to live with her sister, hoping he would escape life in the Mafia. However, Vincent grew up St. Marks, surrounded by Leone Family mafiosos. His cousin, a much older man, was also a capo in the Leone Family. His name was Toni Cipriani.

By the time Vincent was out of high school, his desire to work for Toni and for the Leone Family was too strong to contain any further. At the age of twenty-six, Vincent did his first job for Toni.
