The Shiny Latias Pokemon Website

 

Many of you have seen a shiny pokemon, and all of you have heard about them. They are a pokemon with different colors then it should have. They are extreamly rare with a 1/8192 chance of getting one, you should be overjoyed if you have one. Some people tell you to save in front of a legendary and keep trying to see if hes shiny. Thats a piss poor way of trying to get a shiny. you could try over 1,000 times and still fail. There is no way to increase the chances of getting a shiny pokemon. Its all luck. Personally, i have a shiny latias, hence, the name of this site 

In older games, shiny pokemon used to have fixed stats, making them better then normal pokemon. In the newer games however, they have the same chances of being amazing, or sucking.

look under emerald action replay, r/s, or fr/lg sections and it will tell you :)
