As a therianthrope, you will go down what can only be described as a path of self-discovery, particularly when you first find the term and that there are others like you. It's up to you how far you wish to go down this road, and how far you want to examine yourself and your feelings. You may be happy just knowing that what you're experiencing is not abnormal, that there is a name for people like you, and feel no need to inspect what your phenotype might be. It might be of more interest to you to look further into yourself and into what you are - out of interest, self confidence, or just so you can be at more ease with yourself. Either way, it is helpful to have resources on hand to help you through it. Many areas of this site may be useful to you. However, this is specifically geared towards the ways in which therians can focus on learning more about themselves. This section is a Work in Progress.
- Questioning Yourself - how asking questions can help you
- Meditation - what's it about, is it necessary, and how it can help
- The Animal Body - learning about your phenotype through the animal body
