HOW TO SIGN UP A NEW MEMBER & PLACE AN ORDER

It is recommended that you enter your new person yourself to smooth out the process, or stay with the phone on them and talk them through entering themselves. These details will be helpful for you or your new person. It took some trial and error to learn some of these details. This can be done over the phone if need be with Waiora at 866-699-2467, however the company is very busy, so let’s do this online whenever possible.

Please take 3 minutes to read this now and it will save you time in the long run. Save this document & if you have technical difficulties, clear your cookies. (See note at bottom.)

You will need to have your person’s SS#, or business license # (EIN), business name, credit card info with security code, addresses for US mail and UPS delivery, and ask them what name they want to appear on their Waiora website for the world to see. That’s the name you’ll enter. If their legal name is different, you can email or call Waiora later and have that entered in their records.

Before you sign up your new person you will need to have

1)      Their social security number

2)      Credit card info ..... Security code is optional / Expiration Date is Not

3)      Mailing or UPS address

4)   E-Mail Address ( if they don't have one / Set them up with a free one from Yahoo )

4)      You can assign a login name for them and a password.  Good idea to keep it, too, in case they forget theirs.

1. Go to YOUR OWN WAIORA WEBSITE; WWW.MYWAIORA.COM/yourID#
2. Click “JOIN” on the blue “Navigation bar” that goes across the top
3. Click “Become a Distributor” (See note below)
4. Chose the pack you want to order, for example:

This pack includes FOUR Natural Cellular Defense 4-packs for $520 /520 PV ($40 Savings on product and a savings on UPS 3-day air.)

If you want to order additional products, click, “Continue Shopping”, and choose any additional items you want to purchase.

Or to order any number of Natural Cellular Defense 4 packs other than four:

Click on “BUILD MY OWN PACK”

In the next browser window put in a number in the blank space after:

Natural Cellular Defense (4-pack) 26000….or

Natural Cellular Defense (two 4-packs) 26002…or

Natural Cellular Defense (three 4-packs) 26003….

Depending on how many you want …. Go back up and click “BUY”

If you want to order additional products, click, “Continue Shopping”, and choose any additional items you want to purchase.

If that’s all you are going to order, click “checkout”.

The default setting will create an AdvantageShip order for you with these same products which will be shipped on the same date next month. If you want different products for your AdvantageShip, make sure to log back in and change it later. See the (“How to use your Waiora Back Office” document for instructions.)

Now you fill out all the fields on the next page. Use your tab key to go from field to field, not your return key.

SHIPPING:
Check the box below the “name” field if you’re shipping to a PO Box. It is possible to have packages mailed to a PO Box, but it’s a slower way and not trackable. (See below note.)

Put in the mailing address ON THIS PAGE it it’s different from UPS shipping address. This is where your checks will be mailed. The UPS shipping address will go in the next browser window, which will come up after this page is completed.

If you have 2 different addresses be sure to UNCHECK: “My Shipping Address is the same as my Billing Address”. If your page is kicked back to you for any reason, you’ll have to uncheck this box again, as it goes back to the default setting, in which the box is checked. This box is BELOW the address field.

The state needs to be in abbreviated form, i.e. HI for Hawaii. If there’s anything incorrect or extra, like a period after the abbreviation, the website will not accept your submission, will bring back the same page again and will tell you at the TOP of the page what’s wrong or missing.

We do not recommend UPS ground shipping or priority mail to Hawaii unless you have plenty of time. UPS 3 day air takes 2 or 3 days, even to Hawaii.

ENTERING INFORMATION:

IF PERSON HAS NO EMAIL:
enter in the appropriate place: noemail@waiora.com

USER NAME & PASSWORD: Make a note of the user name and password you entered for yourself and your person.

The ”ENROLLER” is the person who will get the fast start bonus. The “SPONSOR ” box is the PLACEMENT for the person you are entering. You have 60 days from the time you enter somebody to change their placement, and you can do this easily when you are both ENROLLER & SPONSOR. (Changes will actually take place after the 15th of the month you are requesting it.)

The “ENROLLER” box will be filled in automatically with the number and name of the person from whose website you are ordering. If you’re helping your downline person sign up their new person, enroll the new distributor from their website.

The lower box will come up blank. It says “SPONSOR” and refers to where the person will be PLACED. You fill it in as you desire, or leave it blank. SPONSOR = PLACEMENT. You can ENROLL your person and PLACE them at the time you enroll them, or move them within 60 days of the time they enroll. If the person has been placed in your first line when you enroll them, you can move them later without permission from your upline. If you have placed them UNDER somebody else, you will need permission from 5 levels upline to move them.

Click that you agree on “Waiora Distributorship Agreement” and copy and paste that document into a word document. Email a copy of that to your new person for their records. If you are enrolling yourself, keep it for reference.

Your new distributor’s ID number will be found at the bottom left corner of the order info page, under the person’s receipt.

BE SURE TO SIGN OUT AFTER YOU SIGN UP YOUR NEW PERSON, OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN THEIR WEB SITE.

ADVANTAGESHIP:
Waiora’s AdvantageShip Program allows you to purchase your products once and eliminate the hassle of reordering. That means you receive your products every month without placing another order.

AdvantageShip is available with any product combination (except for sales material). Waiora will store your product order, shipping and billing information, and each month you’ll receive your products.

How do you sign up? After you place your initial order and begin to check out, simply click the box that says, “I want this on AdvantageShip.” For those building a business with Waiora, the AdvantageShip program is a great way to be sure you’re qualified every month for commissions and fast start bonuses.

OTHER COUNTRIES
After you click “join”, click the flag of the country you will be ordering for. If you are ordering for somebody in Canada, when you get to the place to put their address in, there will be a drop-down window to enter the country. If you forget to do that, the page will be kicked back to you. You will need to manually enter the enroller’s number in the appropriate slot.

ORDERING WITH A CHECK

Have your person give you a voided check, or get account # and routing #.

Shortly, this will be available online. You’ll be able to see the check online and write it out like you would a regular check.

For AdvantageShips--you’ll have to have the checks re-authorized the next month.

SALES TAX: If you have a business license, the sales tax would be waived from your orders.
Fax a copy of your license to: attention Scott Becker at: (561) 273-8061, include your distributor ID# with the license.

If you have made earlier orders, and were charged sales tax you can receive a refund. Scott will need the order number and what was ordered.
DISTRIBUTOR VS. PREFERRED CUSTOMER

Ideally we sign the majority up as distributors so they can be compensated for sharing the blessings. Some people have looked at the website and see that there’s a “Preferred Customer” category, for $9.95. Or, they just don’t choose to be involved in the network marketing aspect, and they want the product. If you sign them up as preferred customer, here is what you need to know:

1. They can order product at wholesale directly from the company for the same price as a distributor.

2. You get 5% commission on your preferred customer volume if you have $100-499 in preferred customer volume. You get 10% commission if you have $500 or above of preferred customer volume. There is no income to your upline organization. Your preferred customer’s volume counts as your volume for fast start qualification. 200 CV of preferred customer volume will replace the need for an additional 100 CV of your own volume to qualify for 25% Fast Start. (If you don’t understand this, ask your upline for compensation plan training.)

3. Your preferred customer will log into YOUR website with THEIR own login name and password to re-order or track their order. You create that login name and password for them when you sign them up as a preferred customer. You will place 2 orders for your preferred customer. The first will be their preferred customer fee of $9.95. The second order will be for their product.

4. You do not get a fast start bonus on preferred customers.

5. They do not get a website, and have no opportunity for income through the compensation plan.

UPGRADING TO DISTRIBUTOR STATUS:
For an additional $20 they can upgrade and become a distributor at any time. You do this over the phone with Waiora. It cannot be done online. You will get a fast start bonus at that time for their next order.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS:

If you get a message saying “Your application is in progress” after signing somebody up and then logging yourself in, just LOG OUT AND LOG IN AGAIN. That usually clears it up.

CLEAR YOUR COOKIES.
If you have problems logging in or signing people up, clear your cookies frequently on your web browser. Go into preferences for the web browser you are using, then go to “security”, then “clear cookies”. The cookie can make the web site think you are still the person who you just signed.

Mac users & others may have problems using the Safari or Explorer browsers to sign people up in Waiora. To avoid these problems, use Firefox as your web browser for Waiora signups. This is a great web browser with excellent security. It’s far better than Microsoft Explorer, according to many web experts. It’s very easy to install and launch, it literally does it by itself.
