Fact Of The Week

"We don't like their sound, and guitar music is on the way out"- Decca Recording Company rejecting The Beatles, 1962...................................................................Dumbass.

News
Top Secret Information: The Razor's Edge is currently working in the studio with legendary producer Chris Flaherty. No exact date has been given of when the album will be released, but hopefully will be out by spring of 2006. The Battle of the Bands was a fun show, lot of people, thanks to everyone who came out to watch. Check out the NEW PICS on our worldisround website. Alright see you later.

One new recording has been released on our purevolume website, it's a cover of one of our setlist favorites, Strutter by KISS. Also our originals have remixed for better sound quality, tell us what you think about em and enjoy.

Finally your prayers have been answered, The Razor's Fuckin Edge has finally recorded some originals. Two new songs off the first album, first song is one that many of you have already heard, Comin' Your Way, and the other one is a new one with Brian Englishman on vocals. We were in the studio ( Ricky's room) for quite some time, but we survived the difficulties and injuries (sorry Brian).  Well we hope you enjoy the songs and tell us what you think about em. http://www.purevolume.com/therazorsedge

The Saddle River Day show was awesome, but it wasn't the same with out our beloved Midland Park fans, you were missed. It was actually a show we were informed of the day before of the show which was on Saturday November 12, 2005. We had to get our new bass player Brian used to the songs so we practiced, and he did very well for his first show with us, sorry no pictures. Live Jam will be on Thursday December 22, 2005, it had to be on a Thursday because any other day the auditorium was not available, but come because it will be the best Live Jam yet. Until then we will be practicing and recording, see ya later.

Hetero Rock Halloween was a sucess. A lot of people showed up, new fans I think they enjoyed it, check out the NEW PICTURES. Live Jam news will be posted soon.

The October 1st show was probably our best show yet. It was our first afternoon show, but it couldn't have gone better, it was a beautiful day and the people of Glen Rock got a good show. Thanks to all the MP people who came, you will not be forgotten. The crowd started out small, but as we started to play the audience got bigger, and you could hear people chanting Edge! from the crowd. Thanks to Chris Flarity for booking us, and to youth pastor Dave for lending us his sound system. There are NEW PICS,  so check those out.

July 29, 2005, Britta and Megan's Birthday Party at Brian's house. The Razor's Edge and ASF performed. It was our first show with our new bass player Matt, he played all the songs perfectly, and the rest of the band did as well, so the show was another successful success, even though we only played three songs. Our new speakers worked great as well as the new microphones, so our vocals will now sound louder and cleaner. Pictures posted at the world is round website.
