1: No Rude comments in the guestbook
2: If the results don't turn out the way you want it, It's alright to be upset just don't take it out on either of my websites
3: Your website and/or the one you are nominating Cannot have any pornographic or any innapropriate material
4: You may only Nominate one website
5: To show that you have read the rules please type in "raindrop prelude" at the beginning of your post. Or I won't except sorry.
6: You should have the button provided or one of your own, of link on your site, it's not mandatory but is incouraged to increase your chances of winning
7: No grammatical loopholes from my rules :P
8: You Can only Nominate for one category that way everyone has a fair chance of winning, thus less biased
9: I can only have 10 sites per category (because that's all freewebs'll allow me :< sorry!)
