Because no horse was ever on loan. no advert ever had horse wanted on loan. nor was any horse taken on a loan basis, the previous owners knew this. which is why no loan agreement has ever been produced.

And never will be!

You all read about it in the horse and hound but did they print the recipts of sale or show you the loan agreements "NO FUNNY THAT" well we will.

Question? If you were loaning out your horse or pony, that you loved would you load it on to a lorry with out the slightest clue of where your property is going, and not having any kind of agreement.

Answer. NOT ON YOUR LIFE !! but if you were gifting or selling well now thats different.
