Perfect Form Fast Pitching by Sharon Bailey

Commitment to Pitching Perfection

At "The Perfect Form", I strive for the perfect form. I know that sounds like a "cliche" but it is true. At the earliest years of my pitchers development I insist on all my pitchers having good clean mechanics. This means they have to have clean foot work, opening and closing, a good basic fastball spin and be able to locate it before learning other pitches. It may take six months to a year to get that depending on the pitcher and how hard they work out side of lesson's. I take pride in all of my pitchers and pour my heart and soul into them to help them become the best pitchers that they can be. I look at pitching as if it was a dance, rythme, fluent, balance, strong, alignment and posture. When it is done right it is so beautiful to see just like watching a dance. I love to take a pitcher and make them believe in themselves and have confidence and also become successful. Every week I look forward to seeing them and to hear how well they have done in their games and I love to see the look on their face's and how proud they are of themselves and most of all the smile they have.
