-No adult content
-No stolen coding/art/etc.
-Must have an 88 by 15 button if Affiliate, 88 by 31 if Partner
-Neopet Related sites only
-At least 10 unique hits per day, 20 if partner
-Have our button on your Pending section before applying
-Cannot be on Hiatus or Under Construction when applying, finish what you need then apply
-Plan to have our button on every page of your site, as your's will be on ours
-We have every right to remove you from affiliation/partnership
-At least 10 pages of content, staff/site/form/etc. pages don't count, 20 if partner
