Atitlan homeland of Theoclias

I copied the information to promote playing with Warhammer High Elves.

A T I T L A N does not realy exsist. It is all fantasy.

Tor Atitlan is a huge city somewhere hidden in the Annulli mountains (where the Great Eagles have their nests) between The Griffon Gate and Tor Elyr (page 166 of the New Edition 7 Warhammer Rulebook).

Atitlan is build completely covered by a huge cave in a former open volcano crater.
So no one can see it, even from out of space.
That crater is so big that you have to travel two weeks to reach the cave at the other side with the city of Atitlan.
Next to this crater is another huge crater with an enormous lake called "Lake Atitlan".
There rises the Isha river.
You can see that river in front of "The Isha Gate".

This gate is only visible to the people of Atitlan and those who got the blessing of Theoclias.
So foreigners (and even other High Elves from Ulthuan who did not get the blessing of Theoclias) aren't able to see this gate.
This because of the curse of Isha which stand for :.
A very heavy fog (that always is present), a cold constantly howling wind with temperatures of - 50 degrees and an everlasting rain,
When inhabitants of Atitlan and blessed High Elves appear for the Gate the curse will not take place.
Instead there will be sunshine and a good sight.
They can enter the gate with ease.

Tor Atitlan is generated from a tiny castle that - in the past - was concealed in that place high in the mountains.
It is been told that the castle of Atitlan was the birthplace of Aenarion.

Claciander (a basterdson of Aenarion and Morathi and stepbrother of Malekith) left the royal court in the year -3500 and get into hiding in the castle of Atitlan.
During 1500 years Claciander has build a special city round this castle. In Ulthuan there is no city that can be compared with Atitlan in beauty, strength and magnitude.
And nobody in the world has discovered the city yet.
Claciander died in the year 2050.
And is barried on a secret place (only Theoclias knows that location).
Theoclias and Arkantos (twinbrothers) had completed and perfected the city of Atitlan.
You can only reach the city by a big very wide stair hewed in the mountains.
Nearby the beginning of the stair you will find "The Isha Gate" with on it "The All Seeing Eye Of Isha" of the godess Isha.
Beside "The Eagle Gate" there are pillars with on each one a "Golden Eagle".

This is the entrance to the Secret Kingdom "Atitlan".
When you passed this gate you will see at your left side a huge wide stair that leads to two massive doors.
This massive doors are the main entrance to the secret city of Atitlan.
This solid doors were closed and opened by the godess Isha herself.
Behind those doors is a huge corridor hewed in the mountains with a great and wide stair that leads further to the city of Atitlan.
It ends in the former volcano crater.
There you have to cross over to reach the city.

About "The All Seeing Eye Of Isha" has been told that Isha can regcognise every as a High Elf disquised creature (even Undead or Deamon).
Those who try to enter the city on this way will be teleported inmediately through a stargate to another world by Isha herself.
"The All Seeing Eye Of Isha" also scans the sky above the city.

They depart - on the command of Isha - from their pillars if there are intruders in the sky or nearby the Isha gate.
They fly away with a frightening, deaf making noise and got also the power to teleport those intruders.

These special powers come from "The Stone Of Atitlan" and "The Shrine Of Isha".
"The Stone Of Atitlan" is kept in "The Tower Of Atitla".

This is an (simbolising The Eight Winds Of Magic) ancient magical stone of The Old Ones self.
This stone is kept in the sealed cellars of "The Tower Of Atitla" (build on the ruins of the former castle Atitlan).

This Shrine is found above the - by bricks and magic - closed stargate to the other world.
If this shrine will be removed then this stargate will be opened automaticaly as a consequence of "The Melting"
On top of it they have - in honour of the godess Isha - build the very huge and astonishing beautifull "Temple Of Isha".

In the year -2745 the Dark Elves by mistake found Atitlan and destroyed the old castle of Atitlan.
But there were no survivers by the Dark Elves because they were totaly wiped out by the forces of Atitlan.
And the location of the city of Atitlan stayed secret.
After this event the godess Isha decided to take personally the control of the city.
That time she ordered to build a tower on the foundations of the destroyed castle. The tower must be equal to "The Tower Of Hoeth".
It is named "The Tower Of Atitla".
Since that time it has become more powerfull then "The Tower Of Hoeth".

For the enemy there is only one possibility to destroy the city and people of Atitlan.
That is "The Melting"

But as you know the location of the city is still a secret.
So people must first discover it.

And besides : to defeat the army of Atitlan you have to defeat the godess Isha.

And in my highly opinion that is impossible.

So Atitlan can continue with their aid to the High Elves of Ulthuan until it is discovered.

The enemy must first defeat the whole High Elf army of Theoclias (Total Victory).

After that there must be melted a few things by a special ritual :

1. The death bodies of  Theoclias and Arkantos;
2. The "All Seeing Eye Of Isha";
3. "The Stone Of Atitlan";
4. "The Shrine Of Isha";
5. The remainders of the body of Claciander;
6. and a few drips of the blood of the god Khorne himself.
   

This ritual must take place in the tomb of Claciander.

There is just one problem : only Theoclias knows the exact location of the tomb.
So first they must take that information from Theoclias.

The consequence of "The Melting" ritual - nobody knows (even Theoclias not) - is that the evil forces disapear for ever to the other world and that "The Old Ones" return through the opened gate to restore everything in favor of the good.
