It featured the hit singles “Anthem of Our Dying Day”, and “Until The
Day I Die”, and “Sidewalks”. Then came their second album In the Wake
of Determination which was a lot harder than their debut album. This album
gave us the hit single "We Don't Care Anymore", and "Take Me Back".
Well they're back and right now are in the studio

Scheduled for Spring 2008
St. Louis-bred five piece Story of the Year have signed with Los Angeles-based
stalwart Epitaph in what is perhaps the perfect marriage of like-minded individuals. The deal partners
one of the world's largest independent record companies, which advocates creative freedom for its
recording artists, with a band known, in spite of their superstar status, for a tireless do-it-yourself work
ethic and willingness to take risks and push boundaries musically.
The wait is over. Story of the Year's highly anticipated Epitaph debut is scheduled for spring 2008.
Expect exhaustive touring in support of their new record.
