The Morrisons

Well we've just about recovered now from our trip to Cornwall last Saturday to support the Dave Kusworth Band. We had a great night with Chelsea Embankment also playing (Bridgit how can you not have changed since I last saw you 15 odd years ago?).

We've now got the playing bug again and will hopefully be doing some more gigs soon (with Console at Xmas and Chelsea Embankment somewhere between now and Xmas).

I've just posted another new song on Myspace (catch it while you can) called Dear Amy Day. This is another post Electricar song and has (thank you) a nice haunting backing vocal courtesy of the very forgiving Elaine Churchward.

If it appears a bit quiet well don't be fooled by the silence. We're in acoustic mode at the moment working up around half a dozen new songs which never quite made the new Electri Car album sessions. These may or may not form the basis of a more acoustic album at some time in the future and we'll certainly post some up on our download sites once we start recording.

Don't fear though those nice shiny Rickenbacker electric's will get a dusting off very soon...................................
