Once the java applet fully loads, you will be all set to chat. But here are some simple commands you should use. To change your nick, type in the chat room...

            /nick (insert name)

To register the nick you would like to use, type...command...

             /nick register password email

To join another channel type...

             /join #Channel goes here

To view the chat rules, you can use this...

             !rules

Every member must read the rules. It is manditory.

Now you are ready to chat. Some of the rules are below this text, so look at both if you can. Also, we will have some chat codes coming soon to help you further. We hope you enjoy chatting at #TheMKMChat.

Additional Information:

1. Treat other members with respect and care.

2. No inappropiate comments whatsoever. This is supposed to be kid-friendly.

3. No advertising. Occasional links are acceptable but search other chatrooms yourself or in a PM.

4. Please do not spam up the place. You may use chat language, but we have zero-tolerance for phrases such as "liek wutzup 2day?"

5. Please enjoy yourself. You may discuss Mario or daily topics. Just be a good sport and have fun. =)
