| We play "Glory Inspired" punk and ska music ranging from the 70's to
present every Saturday morning from 10-12 on 93.9 WQKE
Plattsburgh.
The inspiration for "The Mighty Glory" comes from a song with
the same name
by the Mighty Clouds of Joy. We offer 2 hours of the best punk and
ska that you can find. If you are sick of mainstream "punk", we
offer classics such as The Dead Kennedy's, The Ramones, and The Clash.
We also play currents with the likes of The Huntingtons, Rancid, The Distillers,
and The Slackers. Every week we feature an artist that has been an
inspiration to us. In the past we've done tributes to Elvis Presley, Johnny
Cash, and The Newsboys. In this section of our show we play 3
popular tracks by our inspiring artist. For information on what
"glory" is about, click here.

DJ Heroin is a new up and coming DJ. His knowledge and collection of punk keeps the show the fresh every week. Heroin has past DJ experience on The Quake with the (talk show turned punk/ska) "The Mighty High". With his hard work eithic and "what the glory" attitude, he means business every saturday.

The Fish is a DJ for the first time in his life. Although punk is not his favorite style of choice, his strong vocal presence and wit is vital for a good show. The Fish will play an important role in the spring when Heroin leaves the show to transfer to SUNY Albany.
