Lost: The Rock Opera

by Mr Find....and Others.

"LET'S ROCKE!"

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?

Lost: The Rock Opera is an ongoing project where fans of the show Lost attempt to interpret, explain and, most of all, lampoon the greatest TV show ever by parodying (or "Lostifying") the lyrics of classic rock and pop songs.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

There are very few rules to Lost: The Rock Opera. Some of the songs are sung by the show's characters themselves, some sung are by an omniscient narrator, and some are sung by a fictional person called John Q. Lostfanatic, "the world's biggest Lost fan". Even Tony Soprano and Paulie Walnuts get a crack at a song about Lost.

So, are you ready? Then go to the song list and click the links to go directly to the lyrics of the songs -- each song will open up in its own browser window. Best if viewed with recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.

CAN  I  ADD  SONGS?

Please feel welcome to add songs.

Song contributions are absolutely welcome!  There are no rules, only the suggestion of trying to stick to basing your Lost lyrical compositions on songs you think would be familiar to alot of people.  And try to avoid vulgarity (or at the very least, be clever about it.)

I stuck mostly with classic rock songs from the vinyl era (hence those little LP icons) but that was mostly because it is the era I know best and thought those songs would be at least vaguely familiar to both older and younger Losties alike.

To send me your song contributions post them in the Guestbook, or post them on TheFuselage.com. I'll take care of the mini-screenshots, but if you want to supply those that is quite fine.

If you don't have a song to add but art is more your creative thing and you have something you came up with that you feel appropiate to this page, include a link to it.
