Here's my new Spring schedule for school:

Monday: Electronics 1 - 4:00-6:50

Tuesday: Business Fundamentals - 12:30-3:20 / Sound for Picture - 4:00-6:50 (AKA fun day :D )

Thursday:  Industry Seminar - 9:00-11:50 / History of Mass Communications - 12:30-3:20 (AKA Snooze day -.- )

Standard work schedule will be Wednesdays and Fridays from 8-4 at dSonic...but with the big crazy project currently underway I'm working a lot of extra hours the first couple weeks.

Monday, Oct 22nd

Wheeugh...this has been an absolutely crazy semester so far. I haven't even come in here to update about my internship.

Click that link, and you will see where I am every thursday and friday from 9 to 4. That's right, I sit around and make sound effects for video games all day. In other words: Pure Awesome.

Well, technically for now he just has me going through various exersizes, mostly with creatures and effects from a game called Mage Knight: Apocolypse, which is completed and was released a while back. But, because that is the case, I am able to create sound effects for it, then go and stick them right in the game and see them in action. It's pretty damn cool.

As for school, I've been insanely busy. Publishing is pretty cool - it's about what I expected, and is very useful information. Same story with Acoustics... and Calculus, minus the useful information bit. I don't care for Calculus much, but really its just punching numbers into equasions for now. Advanced Recording Techniques has been crazy frustrating...not all too fond of the teacher's teaching style, and I have no idea how well I'm doing in it...could be as terrible as I feel like sometimes, or could be alright. I'm expecting a 'B' at the very best though, thanks to his insane quizzes of death.

Designing Music and Sound for Visual Media = awesome however, and totally makes my wednesdays. Its basically a workshop where we sit and make music for videos. So far I've done a couple commercials and the opening to some overdramatic documentary thing. I'll see about getting them all posted in a bit...I think I could do better on the documentary.

Anywho, that's it for the update. Sorry no fun new music or whatevers at the moment. For now, I gotta go. Kinda should be studying for midterms at the moment. XD I have plenty of time, but I tend to have the clearest head during the midmorning, so I s'pose I oughta get to work!

Quicky Update - Sep 4th 07

Whee! Quick update here...started my new semester today! Tuesdays seem like they may be a little rough on my ability to concentrate, but Imma do my best anyway.

Here's my schedule:

Monday:

4-6:30 - Music Publishing

Tuesday:

12:30-3 - Acoustics

4-6:30 - Calculus (*cries*)

Wednesday:

12:30-3:20 - Advanced Recording Techniques

7-9:50 - Designing Music and Sound for Visual Media (Yaaaay!)

Oh, and I got my WoW trailer uploaded finally. Had to use some obscure little website as the framerate doesn't agree with google/youtube. Will try to fix that eventually, but in the meantime...ah well! Enjoy it via the video tab above. =)

Update - August 9th 07

Added two new songs in the music section. Wheehooo final projects! I did more final projects, but unfortunately only two are uploadable at the moment.

In other news, Asa flies in...er...this morning. Guess it's getting kinda late. >_> But ah well. He flies in, we go to NH, have an awesome weekend, then I go visit him for a week!
Should be most wonderous. And once I'm back, I spend the rest of the month up in NH...a nice reprieve after a busy summer semester.

SPEAKING OF WHICH. :O -le gasp!!-

Never had strait A's before. Most of the time I'm very close, but usually have a B+ or something in there to thwart my evil plans. I mean good plans. Yeeesss.

So...hurray! :D Do I get a cookie?
