It was initially formed as a club that promoted line dance competitions and trained judges. We held competitions and dance marathons around Australia and raised lots of money for various charities while having a good time ourselves. These days, with competitions on the decline, the only state which continues to hold functions is It would be true to say that The Line Dance Mag, our club magazine, is the heart of MATILDA these days.
