Our tortillas are made fresh daily, our salsa is made several times each day, and if avocados are in season, ask your server to make a GUACAMOLE ALA MESA. They will mash up an avocado with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper right at your table. We travel frequently to Mexico in search of old and modern Mexican recipes from many different regions of Mexico. We make Chile Rellenos from the Poblano Chiles of Puebla, the Yucatan Carnitas from the Peninsula, and fantastic Green Corn Tamales like those in Oaxaca. 	Visit Beautiful Bayard, home of the mining district and the awesome natural monument known as The Kneeling Nun. A magnificent view can be had of one of the world's largest copper and gold mines just 5 minutes from the restaurant at an observation site right off the highway!
