The Ivy project aims to engage young people in volunteering and through this to encourage, motivate and support them in their development and celebrate the contributions they make to their communities.
The Ivy Project supports young people between the age of 12 and 25 to develop themselves and their communities through volunteering, with the emphasis firmly on fun. We believe that all young people, regardless of background, should be given an equal opportunity to volunteer.
There are 3 main ways for young people to get involved with The Ivy Project; Taskforce, Youth Action and individual placements – follow the links at the top of the page to find out more about these.
We offer a range of services to organisations that involve, or would like to involve, young people in their work. Our partners include schools, colleges, Connexions, housing associations and a wide range of support agencies in Devon. To learn more about this, see our services.
