'March'
Well...March 8th was Adams last gig with the Holy Folks - the gig sent him off with a BANG and he will be missed. Videos soon to follow!
We are currently speaking to a couple of people about the role of drummer - keep cheaking the site for updates!
The Vale gig on 25/02/06 was such a fucking blast - we documented every move and there will be a nice long story in the 'HOLY SHIT' page soon which noone will read but...will be fun to read over ourselfs. Thanks so much to Chris @ Vox, Martin, Buloo & Roisin for driving all the way from Aberdeen to see us/take photos/go clubbing in a cheesey pop club...Also thanks to Gill for giving us a place to sleep (I Love You - from stewart) and thanks to Sue in Glasgow - without you the gig wouldnt have happened!
The Zoghurt Launch Part on 27/02/06 was sold out and the most fun we've had at a local gig forever - thanks so much to the tunnels and everyone who came!
'Holy February'
Aye - we're playing our first 'out of town' gig on Saturday 25th @ the Vale which is a cracking pub & venue! 'Holy Folks set to Support Aberfeldy @ the Tunnels'
Thats right kids; you're favourite local anti-act are gonna be supporting the mighty 'Aberfeldy' @ the Tunnels on 28th December!
New songs and stories will be sung!
Tickets are £8 from 1up and are worth every penny! RICH THE GORILLA will be there in some shape of form (well, dressed as a Gorilla) and us, the holy folks will be there also, so, we hope to see some friendly faces - more details to follow soon!

'NEXT GIG: 22nd Nov @ the Tunnels'
Our next gig (and release date of our first CD 'Camies Party') is @ the Tunnels on the 22nd November for the RGU Tunnels enntertainment society Battle of the Bands final!
The show is gonna be jam-packed of fun stuff (Rich the Gorilla, Cover songs, silly hats & anything else we can think of from now until then)! WE ALSO HAVE A DRUMMER (OMG!!112121!) Adam Florence from :( !!!!! He kicks more ass than any other drummer we've played with! so come and support us - it would be nice to win something and it would make it all the sweeter if we, a folk influenced band, could do it! (Watch out Kitchen Cynics!)
Other than that we 'might' play a open mic/jam set @ the Moorings on a Sunday sometime soon as a sneaky peek at whats in store on the 22nd! watch this space:_________!
