THE HEN COOP

We currently have a group of 7 laying hens, consisting of 5 Warrens & 2 Black Rocks that supply us with the best tasting fresh eggs on a daily basis.

In addition to our group of laying hens... we recently purchased 3 young Cream Legbar cross hens, known as Sapphires.

These new hens should provide us with pastel blue/green eggs once they come in to lay at around 22 weeks old.

Most days we are fortunate to get more eggs then we need,

so surplus eggs are sold to friends and colleagues.
