The Green Dream Initiative is a multi-media website, aimed at youth, that works to "promote the past, present and future of climate change". The initiative is a project of Youth for Change International, the Youth Campaign for a Better World. The project was started in February of 2007. The brainstorming and decision making was led by Victoria Maraví (Project Coordinator) and Zach Komes (Webmaster). The website was officially launched in August. Much interest was raised for this project from Youth for Change International members around the world. The project was initially going to be called The Go Green Initiative, but there are several projects with the same name. Hekatea suggested we switch it to The Green Dream, because it fits what we were trying to accomplish.
