Follow along with Tosh The Cook this year...
For 2009 we will be cooking up a storm!
(Well, a feast or two, anyway!)
We'll be making juicy smoke at May Crown, June Coronet, Dragon Slayer, and of course Quad War.
For May Crown, Tosh will be ready for Thursday's supper for those who arrive early to set up their encampments.
As for June Coronet & Dragonslayer, Friday supper through Sunday breakfast will be on the galley table.
And of course Tosh will be at Quad War on the Wednesday to cook supper for those folks who arrive early to setup for the big to-do. We will be doing a breakfast on the Monday, but alas, no lunch, as we too must tragically close-up shop and return to the mundane world!

would really like to thank all of you who supported us last year, as
you made it the success it was! We had our trial-by-fire with the new kitchen last year, and with a few tweaks we should be a little more streamlined behind the counter this year.
We're looking forward to a great time! See you all there!
