Homer Bio

Homer Simpson Biography

Homer needs to lose some weight!

Although Homer Simpson isn't the brightest resident of Springfield, he's definitely one of the most loveable guys in the neighborhood. He's devoted to his family and his food, and brings laughter and groans to his wife, kids and everyone else on the block!

Homer's Vital Stats

  • Name: Homer Jay Simpson.
  • Birthplace: North Carolina.
  • Height: Six feet tall.
  • Weight: Fluctuates from 239 to a whopping 315 lbs.!
  • Residence: Evergreen Terrace, the nicest upper-lower-middle class section of Springfield.
  • Occupation: Safety inspector at Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
  • Likes: Donuts and Duff Beer.
  • Dislikes: His boss, Mr. Burns, and his neighbor, Ned Flanders.

    The Dawn of Homer

Proud 'rents Abe and Mona Simpson welcomed Homer into the world on May 10, 1955 (or May 12, 1956 depending on the episode). Abe raised Homer on his own because Mona had to split - her political activism forced her to leave the family and run from the law!

    Homer in Love

Homer married his high school sweetheart, Marge, and they now have three loveable kids: mischievous Bart, brainiac Lisa and baby Maggie. Homer's love for his wife and children sometimes gets out of hand, as he'll do anything for his family, even if it means making a fool out of himself!

    of Duty

Homer may not be the smartest guy around, but he definitely seems to be the busiest! He juggles the roles of loving husband and 'rent, saftey inspector, bowler, beer drinker and avid dreamer. He graduated at the bottom of his high school class, but landed a job at the local power plant after finally passing the specialized training course on his third try. He has since become the longest-term entry-level employee at the plant.

    Hungry Hungry Homer
Homer's hobbies include heavy drinking and eating just about anything, but his fave foods are donuts and pork chops. He responds to food by drooling and saying "Mmmmm...hot dogs/hamburgers/hoagies." His picture even hangs in The Frying Dutchman, where he's known as "Bottomless Pete: Nature's Cruelest Mistake" because he almost put the restaurant out of business during its All You Can Eat Night!
  • Bart's Bio

    Bart Simpson Biography

Bart Simpson is everyone's favorite troublemaker in The Simpsons cartoon.

It's been almost 15 years since the world first met Bart Simpson, and he's been everybody's favorite troublemaker ever since. When he's not hanging out with his best friend Milhouse, he's dreaming up new ways to make Homer mad and torment Lisa.

    Bart Simpson - Little Devil

It probably wasn't a surprise to anybody when Bart's first words were "aye carumba," an expression he's become famous for (along with "eat my shorts," of course). Even as a small baby, Bart's been getting into trouble; seconds after he was born, he lit Homer's tie on fire! He had the Simpson household to himself for a while, until his baby sister Lisa was born. Bart didn't like all the attention that Lisa began getting, until it became obvious that Lisa really loved her big brother (her first word was "Bart").

Bart Simpson - Friends and Enemies

Bart spends a lot of his free time hanging out with friends, including Milhouse, Martin, and even schoolhouse bully Nelson. He's also found time for crushes, particularly a new neighbor named Laura (who, unfortunately for Bart, didn't return his affections). Bart spends a lot of time in detention (just look at all the things he's been forced to write on the blackboard!), much to the satisfaction of Principal Skinner. Bart's had his revenge on several occasions, though, most notably by spray painting a portrait of Principal Skinner with the words "I am a wiener" written underneath. And, of course, there's Bart's idolization of Krusty the Clown - and his understandable fear of former Krusty sidekick, Sideshow Bob (who has tried to kill Bart on several occasions)!

Bart Simpson - A Busy Life

When Bart isn't in school or at home, he's finding other ways to amuse himself. He worked as a bartender for Fat Tony for a while, and became famous on Krusty's show as the "I Didn't Do It" kid. Bart suffers from a lack of ambition, something made abundantly clear by his goal to become a drifter when he grows up.

You know you like this more than star wars...Well better go before Anakin uses his light sabers to kill homer.
