Recruits will be accepted starting at level 15.
All recruits must have a heroic align or greater
and abide by all killing restrictions.
All recruits must have interviews, there may
be one, there may be many, this is undetermined
by the applicant.
You may request interviews from Esteban, Tingol, Eussi, Micrus, Azariah, Catrin, Kirik and Edrahil.
