Payment

We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal, Cash and now Cheque! All four methods are available for people living in Singapore, but we only accept Paypal for international orders. We'll send you the details when we confirm your order. If payment is not made in 7 days the item will go to whoever is next next in line. All prices are in Singapore Dollars and include postage for standard mail within Singapore. If you would like otherwise, do check out our Shipping page for more information.

It is your duty to inform us once you've made payment, especially if it is by bank transfer, as we do not check our accounts everyday and cannot track all payment coming in.

Bank Transfer can simply be done at any ATM machine or online with banks such as DBS and POSB. Upon receiving confirmation for your order, we will send along our account number and type for you to transfer the payment to.

Once we verify receiving payment, we will mail you your order/s immediately! We recommend using this method as it's much faster and safer than the others.

Acceptance Mark

Paypal is trusted around the world for safe transactions of money.

If you choose to use Paypal, there will be an additional charge on top of your order of S$1 - S$2 depending on the price of the item to cover the 2.4% + S$0.50 to 3.4% + S$0.50 service fee which Paypal charges.

When we confirm yor order, we'll send you a bill through Paypal which you may pay immediately. Once we verify the payment, we'll send your order off!

cash

We accept cash payment through the mail - at your own risk.

The Cash must be properly concealed so as to be discreet. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you the address to send the money to. Please give it a few days to arrive.

Note: We do not give change. You either send the exact amount of money or more as cash is non transferrable over orders.

Tips on sending cash safely (they work!):

1. Always write the return address, just in case something goes wrong.
2. Tape up all parts of your envelope so that the coins cannot roll out / people can't peek in.
3. Tape your coins to a piece of paper so that it doesn't roll around in the envelope (it kind of gives the game away).
4. Or better yet, don't use coins at all.
5. Always conceal the notes within paper!
6. Always leave your name so that I know who it's from.
7. Address the letter to me, Monica, instead of "The Glass Bead" so that it looks like an ordinary letter!

cheque

Once we confirm your order, we will send you details on how to complete the payment. The cheque has to be made in Singapore dollars and issued by a Singapore Bank. Try to avoid sending cash cheques.

Please allow 4-7 working days for the cheque to arrive and for it to be cleared before we send you the item.
