In the small town of Ayden, North Carolina just on the outskirts of Greenville, Penny Davenport worked as a secretary for Walker Insurance and Accounting. She was a quiet girl who loved collecting old antiques and working crossword puzzles. Although the story is based on fiction, "The Ghost In The Green Dress" is very much real, for I have seen her with my own eyes.
