The Gaming Club

   If you like gaming, such as Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Pokemon, Metroid, StarFox, or even just some of those cool and classy NES games that are sooo old (but awsome) that you can now download them to your Wii, then you've come to the right place!

   The Gaming Club is a cool organization where you can get some tips on your fave games and characters, roll play as your favorite video game character, and other cool stuff! I update every day, even if I don't put it on the Updates paragraph below. So click around, and even join if you can! (PS: Joining is 100% absolutely FREE!)

APR.12.08: I'm awarding Team D&D with the club's first ever team playlist!! i will be making more for everyone in due time, but for now, it's those guys who get the first one. If D&D wants more songs (from either the real world or the gaming world), they can request it in the shoutbox and I'll be sure to put it up there. But for now, I put songs based on the game series up there. Oh, and in the paragraph below the update paragraph, you'll find www.freewebs.com/xbox360world.

APR.11.08: w00t! More members!! I appreciate everyone's help and support. Two teams have been requested! Keep up the good work! 

APR.9.08: I have attempted to get eveyone a transparent picture for their chaacter bio. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one for ALL of you, so I had to make do of what I could. I'll finish this project in due time. Not all of you will be getting them, though. I'm sorry.

APR.7.08: Good news; thanks to dragon_slayer, aka Marth, we finally have 20 membes, which means that the Points system will FINALLY be starting up! Each team will be starting off with 10 points, and D&D will be starting off with 15, since Marth was the final member to sign up (so he basically started the Points system). If you want to know how you earn Points, please go to the HELP! page. It has it's paragraph for points. Oh, and congrats to Team D&D, because they filled their team, scoring them 50 points! They're in the lead!!

APR.3.08: Thanks to the people for filling their stats!! I greatly appreciate it. I signed this website up for Xpert, so we're bound to have more people. Everyone advirtise, please! When we finally get more people (we are two members away!) we can get the Point system up and running. Thanks for everyone's support! 

MAR.29.08: Okay I think the votes for the character things have it; I chose EVERYTHING! There's a new page called Fill Your Stats, and you should probably go fill that in, because remember: you're the character, and I can't tell you what you like or don't like, so the stats can't go up on your biography until you fill your stats in on that page. Thank you! Also, I entered the club into a contest. Turns out we got 1st place on a competion! (go to the guestbook and look at Randimation's entry for more details)

MAR.27.08: I'm thinking of adding more facts to the characters, kind of like a whole bunch of cool facts like their hobbies and stuff. But I need your OK first. Vote in the poll above. 

MAR.25.08: Someone requested a Pokemon team, and thus, for the first time ever in TGC history, the first requested team is born! I'm also giving teams their official games, virtual pets (idea from blibblelord's website, www.freewebs.com/blibblelord), and other cool stuff. Go to your team's homebase now to see the cool stuff!

MAR.24.08: Yay I'm back!! Thank you guys so much for signing up and spreading the word. We have 12 members now. At 20 members, we will finally get to starting Points, which are basically kind of like Hogwarts House points (for all those who know Harry Potter). (see more on the HELP! page) Anyway, I've also added a brand spankin' new Activities page, and it's loaded with stuff to do, including contests and flash games!

MAR.13.08: I added some people to the Villains list. Metroid has also been added to Sci-Fi. Oh, and there's a new rule: if you request a character, it cannot be a vice leader, treasurer, or secretary. (However, your members can vote on it!)

MAR.10.08: SO sorry i haven't been around much. I promise to be 100% active from now on! Thanks you guys sooo much for signing up; it really helps. I would like to welcome Muffin, NiGhTsBOY1379, and Wii! TO WII: We're sorry we don't have Riku. We'll hook you up with Sora until we can get another team for him. Thank you!

1: NO SPAMING! About 3 posts a day in the guestbook is good. If you already put your three but it's a total emergency, that's acceptable (but it has to be a BIG emergency!). However, in the chatboxes you can just post away!

2: NO INAPROPRIATE STUFF. This includes finding BF/GF, swearing, etc.

3: STAY ACTIVE as much as you possibly can. If your moving or something or are busy with exams, a big test, or stuff like that, we understand perfectly. To let us know you're online and are checking the new stuff, write in the guestbook, chat in the chatboxes, rate and poll, and email us!

4: DON'T USE YOUR REAL NAME! Go by you character's name or username, not your real one!

5: TELL EVERYONE ABOUT US! Anyone you know, get them to sign up too! Form chain letters, get flyers up, whatever you can! It's a big help for everyone here!

What's the whole character thing about?
It's just a fun thing where you can act like your favorite video game characters! Something that can only happen in your dreams! Which is why we put it in; to make your dreams come true! Well, it also has a more serious purpose: so you don't have to to give away your identity.

Exactly what are teams?
Teams are these fun things you join. You earn points for your team to compete for the Team of the Year (TOTY). The team with the most points at the end of the year wins!

I have a favorite character, but I'm on a team with people I don't like. Can I change that?
Um, here's the tricky thing: you have a sticky dessission to make. You can either quit being your character and be a new one and join another team, OR you can stick with your favorite character and stick to the team. The characters stay with their team; no exceptions. Sorry!

How do I change characters?
Easy; just email me at TheGamingSiteIsCool@gmail.com and simply just tell me you want to. Your possition will change. Or, you can sign up again with the same username!

What if I want to trade possitions with someone?
Same thing: Just email me! You'll have to get the person's permission though.
