Can We Prevent Flooding?

Can Humans prevent flooding from ruining our hard work; our houses, our businesses,

are lives, and all our precious possessions? Can we humans stop nature powers?

           Right now we havent found the solution to stopping this great power. We

have tryed things to block rivers like a Levee or Dam. But sometimes these Levees

 or dams break down or the water level gets to high and overflows.

If you kmow a flood is coming your way here are some tips:

1.If you are in your car then get out ASAP (as soon as posible)

 if you need to you can event climb on top of your car.

2.If you are in your house and you have a split level then you

should go to the top level

3.If you are in your house and you only have a 1 floor house then

you could climb onto the roof

4.If you are on the roof of your house then before you go up there you

should pack food because floods can last for days or just hours.
