Ian has prepared the following documents for twin-engine training:
If considering the Twin / MEP Rating
Budget £2200 (min) to cover training,
written + flight tests and fees, landings, etc.
I completed in 'minimums' and it cost £2110 all told.
(not including the CAA issue fee of £67)
There are plenty of clubs that advertise cheaper,
but they only quote for the training.
In the majority of instances that I checked out,
you have to add about £400 for the flight test and fee.
Plus doing the MEP on the Seneca you cover the difference training
for Retractable Undercarriage and Variable Pitch Propeller
(which can cost you up to £800 at some clubs!)
