View from the hotel room. We had a great trip in a water taxi through all of the water ways.

Just boats!

We had to move the aeroplanes from Venice airport to San Nicolo by 10.00, so we left Eunice & Kim

shopping & feeding the birds whilst we flew the short hop (about 3 mins) to San Nicolo.

We filed flight plans for Losinj (Croatia) & when Eunice & Kim finished shopping we departed!

 Losinj airfield....also known as 'Lozenge'..by Paul anyway..

 

We were made very welcome by all the staff of the airfield.

They came & tied down the planes & took us by mini bus to our hotel.

Mitch had arranged to meet his cousin, Dragan & Mirela, at Losinj airfield.

They had already found & booked us all into a local hotel!

Planes all secure at Losinj........off to the hotel bar now!

Some more food & drink at the hotel restaurant. Kim, Paul, Eunice, James, John, Rob & Mirela.

We met up with some of Dragan & Mirela's friends.

They joined us for a 'swift' walk to the town for dinner......

until Dragan decided to talk the local bus driver to take us instead! 

He dropped us off at the back of the town....that was fenced off!!!

Another fine meal with our new friends

We all had a great meal & night out.

Back to the hotel now for a drink & singing round the Panio played by Dragan!
