Welcome

Welcome home. This is the site for my get-togethers I like to call 'Fight Nights'. On this occasion friends get together and test themselves and eachother for an entire night. Of course, it is under controlled circumstances, it is under your choice, and it is fun. It is also for anyone who is interested in Martial arts, or have friends here. We'll help you get what you want, and will always be growing (hopefully). I want anyone and everyone to get the most that they can out of this. Wish us luck, enjoy, and -again- welcome.

Rules

The basic rules for the FN are as follow:
  • No hits to the front of the face (the sides are fair)
  • No hits to the throat (basically the front and sides of the neck)
  • No hits to the groin (wouldnt want that to happen)
  • 10 second grapple and lock max (after 10 you must let go and both break. In other words if you grapple/lock you get good and fast at it)
  • When in a grapple or lock, there are no hits in the stomach (other rules still apply)
  • Dont friggin break bones. This is a place for advancement and betterment, not for abuse and destruction.
