The Epona Trust

Hello and welcome to The Epona Trust website.            

We were established in 1977 and registered as a charity in 1997.

The Epona Trust is registered both in England and in France its purpose is to relieve the suffering of horses and ponies that are sick, abandoned, neglected, ill treated, and sometimes just too old, and to offer them a safe haven. No animal is refused. We provide board and accommodation and medical treatment for these beautiful animals. The sanctuary offers a tranquille and caring environment and provides permanents life long care.

We offer an adoption scheme for our animals, which is a wonderful way for anyone to be involved in the Trust, and at the same time be involved in the life of their chosen horse or pony. An adoption pack will be given to any new adoptee, and monthly news letters and photographs will be sent by email or post to update you on all things to do with your chosen horse or pony. An adoption form is available from the adoption page.

Throughout the year will will have fundraising events.

We are very excited to be having our very first Gala Open Day in May which we hope will attract a massive support for us and create public awareness for our ponies and horses.
