The Donkey Depot at Cheyenne Stables

All of our miniature donkeys are handled daily by us and our kids , they are great with horses and children.  Any donkey you buy from us has a home here for life, we will buy it back at any time.  If you get home and are not happy we will buy the donkey back.  We have pet and show quality donkeys and some rescues.  Buying a donkey at The Donkey Depot is not the end of a sale but the beginning of a friendship for the life of your donkey.  Any questions you may have now or a year from now we are always available to answer your questions. 

We have other donkeys available we will post with pictures soon, ask if we do not have posted what you are looking for we may have it in the barn.

                                 Kayla          39 inches

               Kayla a large miniature jenny, or small standard.  Kayla is gray and needs some weight put on her.  She has had her feet trimmed and been wormed.  She is coming around nicely and is getting more used to us.  She is possibly bred to our 30 inch gray jack for 2009.  She is on sale for $600.00

                                         Cheyenne's Beauty  $1,200.00

Cheyenne's Beauty is just that, a Beautiful dark gray jenny 6 months old with a black muzzle.  She is a very sweet girl and is in with our baby mini horse Willow.  She is the most gentle of the babies.  We are waiting on her papers to come back.

 Cheyenne's Sassyfrass  $1,200.00

Cheyenne's Sassyfrass is a very Sassy little jenny.  She has alot of energy and spunk but is coming around.  She is gray and only 4 months old.  She is probably all of 22 inches tall.  She has nice bloodlines and will make a great show prospect and make tiny babies one day.

Spit Fire  Reduced to $700.00

Spit Fire is just that, a little Spit Fire.  He is spotted, 5 months old and registered.  He will make a great herd sire when he becomes of age or a great show prospect.

                          Circle S Farm Betsy $1,500.00

Circle S Farm Betsy has been renamed Vilula by our kids because we didn't have her papers when we got her and did not know her proper name.  She is gray and is 3 years old.  She could be bred, she hasn't been in heat since we got her but is not showing.

                                 Patches $800.00

Patches came to us as a trade for Spade.  She is 6 years old and a big girl weight wise and too tall for our breeding program (40 inches).  She is however black and white spotted and a very sweet girl.  She does have a fat roll and needs to be limited on grass.  She is a great herd protector and is used to llamas and horses.  She would be great for pulling a cart.  If you are interested in Patches give me a call and we can talk more.

 Little Willow is a very sweet 6 month old registered mini horse.  Her hair is a little spastic but so is Mason's.  She is great with the kids but needs a gentle buddy.  She is utd on shots, coggins and wormer.  The vet and I agree in that she was weaned way too early so she is getting some much needed nutrition.  She is 22 inches short and is registered.
