Complacency can be a deadly thing

Eye See

I recently put on an old Peace medallion made of leather that I have had for a very long time.  I figured at 67 I wouldn't be taken for a hippy anymore.  I cannot see that we should have to hide our abilities, disabilities nor our ideas, ideals or even our sexual identities.

We cannot live in our own skins unless we come clean to our selves and the community around us.  I feel we have every right to be as we are.  We do not have the right to tell others what they have to do or what they cannot do.  We do have laws that must be obeyed unless they impinge on our normal intercourse of life.

Therefore, I have started this website to address what I feel is complacency.  I was told that my latest letter to the editor was given a little italics add-on saying I was an anti-war activist.  It should have read anti-complacency advocate.  I have sat on my butt watching, and cursing, the television news because I disagreed about one thing or another.  I figured "What the hell, I voted ain't that good enough?"  No it sure as hell is not.

At 67 and retired from any job I now have the time and anger to put my self where I want to be.  I am an anti-war, poverty, racist, gender, and especially complacency man.  On top of that I am a Liberal-Democratic card carrying member of the ACLU.

So if you feel you have  been crapped on or are pissed at the world and don't love it anymore here is the place to come to rant.  I do and I will.  Just don't get dirty or I will kick you off this site so fast your momma will cry.  Otherwise enjoy and may your Higher Power love you too.
