EARTH DEFENCE FORCE

Around september 2006 a Campbell College history project brought together a team of specilists into creating a 7 minuite short based on the battle of hastings, following its surprisingly great sucess amongst teachers, friends and family members, the team formed together once more to take what they felt was probably the next evolutionary step up, a series of full episodic length sci-fi movies.

Starting the production under the Banner of SKPB work was started on writing and concepting an achievable yet convicing universe on an almost minuiscule buget, using the crews advansed capabilitys at improvisation,writing, stage craft music and special effects Earth defence force (EDF  being the working title) has been transformed from a size 12 century gothic font on 21 pieces of a4 paper to somthing much bigger better and sure to take the european idependent film industry by surprise.

EDF:Into the Abyss was the first film to be completed and is yet to be released,Followed swiftly by Inferno, currently Vanguard is in production slated for a 2009 finish date.

The now "award winning" SKPB as a team of ametur creative artists living in and around Belfast, Mainly specialising in Film and music the team have produced many shorts and a couple of episodic length films while also assited in creating various music concerts and shows.

The SKPB production offices are located mainly around the Gilnahurk area.
