Conspirator A is the Founder/Writer/Sr.Editor of Hair Band News. HBN was founded in October 2004, when Conspirator A found himself writing the first issue out of sheer bordom. Sadly, it was never completed due to technical difficulties. The problem would continue until late December. The first completed issue of HBN came off the press in January 2005. In the formative days, Conspirator A typed and printed HBN on his parents' home computer, but the demand was such that it required more paper and ink than was available. So, after seeing that the operation would collapse without some new way of publication, it was quickly decided that a website was the solution. Thus, HBN made its web debut on September 14, 2005. Conspirator A has been a lifetime resident of Biloxi, Mississippi. He enjoys his peace and quiet when he can get it, and spends the rest of his time spraining his neck to some good metal. He is also a 30 year veteran of the Convicts Association of Toronto (CAT) despite being an 20 year old American. He is supposed to have said once at a public rally, "Have you ever noticed how it’s always the guilty who are targeted by the cops? It’s never people just standing around. No, they always have to arrest people who look suspicious, or are actually committing a crime at the time."
