Our purpose, as a clan, is to better the skills of all the girls who come through our ranks to actually survive the extremely sexist realm that is Halo 2/Halo 3 matchmaking. Through our various training means, we have training for snipers, close quarters combat, combat driving, flying, sticking and so on.
Within our clan, girls will recieve the best training our leaders and fellow members can recieve. The training will be scaled to one's skill level even if it means closing the party so the attention can be one on one so girls who have a higher skill level don't blunder in.

We have a blog now - it will contain the unimportant updates like RL things (not to demean anything or anyone) and so on. It'll just be things that aren't as pressing as clan matches, site updates and so on.

I'm very pleased to announce that we have a few other players affiliated to TCG. They're guys, mind you, freelancers who, like Tex, are just in it for the recognition, really. Please welcome TerraMarine, GuardsmanKoto, and Dama473 to our affiliated ranks. They'll be helping us with custom matches as target practice and skilled opponents.
No, girls, when it comes to clan matches, they will not be included in them.

After DandelionofDoom's involvement with Jace1515 in the attempt of trying to cover up a viable mistake in relaying information back to Bungie about the remote chance of getting Recon armor, the consideration through clan leadership is to suspend her from all clan activity until further notice or Bungie makes up their mind in giving DandelionofDoom and Jace1515 Recon armor. Just for the fact of how it would have been procured - mainly, help a Bungie dude get up rank, get Recon. Yes, nice gesture but whatever.

The clan name was actually taken from a quote I had found on a website while I was looking around for information for a paper for college. The quote was, to paraphrase:
"Guys want to be like the Chief. Girls want to be beside him and they're content to be."
It never left my mind and it eventually evolved into this clan. I knew that there were some girls on my friends list on XBL who were just as sick of the sexism in the realm of matchmaking. I also knew back then that I could start a clan with that concept, to train girls to be good enough to be by the Chief's side without having to stumble over guys' rantings and ravings about how girls "can't play Halo."
I started in 2007 with playing online, one of the first things I was told in my matchmaking lifetime was I had to have a penis to pull the trigger on the Xbox controller. I must admit... that must be one hell of a hair trigger.
