Gary's History
Gary is a well known Singer and Saxaphone Artist that performed at the 544 Club located on Rue Bourbon in New Orleans Louisiana for over a decade.
He fled the city during the impending doom of Hurricane Katrina leaving behind the City that had made him a star.
He was forced to uproot his life and leave his Family, Freinds, Home and the Club that had provided him with a life of securities, for a life of changes with uncertainty & confusion. He returned in the aftermath of Katrina to his beloved New Orleans only to find his home and the life he once knew to be completely destroyed during the worst disaster ever recorded in US history.
Gary did not give up. He picked up the remnants of his life to try and make the best of this bad situatuion. He found a place in Monroe Louisiana to sing his Wonderful Songs and play his Saxaphone, continuing to give back to the public some of the things that thay gave to him for so many years. He then produced a CD to the memories of New Orleans that had been destroyed not only for his self but for thousands of others during the disaster that Katrina brought to both South Louisiana and South Mississippi. Through his wonderful talent, He found a way to place feelings into words as well as give those words a tune. The song you hear on this site is one of the songs that Gary recorded to CD after katrina disaster. He also has other CD's that he has recorded featuring his own Music Vocal and Saxaphone Instrumentals.
