The problems with the forums have now been fixed and eveyone can once again log in and chat - http://thebandmanager.proboards24.com. The problems were due to broken server connections so we are told on top of an admin password error, and this should not happen again. Many thanks for those more than patient regulars. T in the Park has completely SOLD OUT - If you managed to buy one of the last 4000 day tickets for T put on sale at 9am today, then you must have been very fast! The last batch of tickets released by festival organisers sold out in 15 minutes... All thats is left now is for friends of the performing bands and artists to scrap for the 5 VIP guest passes issued!!!

York TV's UNSIGNED UK show has completed filming with 24 of the UK's top unsigned bands, and airing dates will be confirmed soon. The show is presented by York TV favourite and local DJ Simon Scholes and is the brainchild of Producers Ed Torsney and John Greatwood. Look out for our forthcoming feature on the behind the scenes of the show, as we chat with the band and the crew.

A low key gig at the Renfrew Ferry goes well, as people turn out to see A-List, Eric & The Bunny-Boilers, Unseen and Star 69; four quality bands that ensured a great night of live music. Review coming soon.

Supporting new talent in Scotland since 1996, T Break gives up and coming bands an opportunity to play in front of a wide cross section of music industry judges, A&R representatives, and dedicated music fans. Annual showcases provide the first opportunity, with 12 bands going on to play the new talent stage at T in the Park. Bands from all over Scotland came together for 4 consecutive nights at the legendary King Tut's and Liquid Room and from 700 were the chosen twelve.
The first band to be announced on Radio One's Vic and Gill show were none other than Eric & The Bunny-Boilers! The T-In The Park festival attracts 80,000 people over the two-day weekend in July. Previous years bands include Biffy Clyro, Cosmic Rough Riders, The Grim Northern Social, and Dogs Die in Hot Cars.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers to perform at King Tut's in Glasgow for T-Break 2004 showcase. Eric & The Bunny-Boilers single release also postponed til late summer. Launch night will most likely be at King Tut's in late July. Also, gigs coming soon: The Barras, The Renfrew Ferry, Stereo, Lock Stock and Live. More soon.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers are among several bands set to take part in a new Channel 4 style music show that aims to highlight the diversity of unsigned talent in the UK. The 6-part pilot series being filmed in May by York TV will showcase the best unsigned acts in a variety of musical genres and aims to be the death knoll of the plastic pop idol and the rebirth of real music. Good news as the Bunny-Boilers are among the chosen few to reach the finals of the T-Break 2004 competition. The final bands will be showcased at evenings in Edinburgh's Liquid Rooms on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th of May and in Glasgow's King Tut's on the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th May. The competition this year had the largest demo responce to date with over 700+ entrants and the chance for winning bands to perform at T-In The Park in July with audiences estimated at 80,000 over the two day festival.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers drummer Frank celebrates his 23rd Birthday today. Happy birthday Frank!!! Frank was born on this day in 1981. Frank will be celebrating his birthday with the band and friends in Glasgow.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers on ITV tonight at 0:30am. The show Nochd Gun Chadal (aka Night Without Sleep) will feature a half hour performance from the band. The acclaimed late night music show now in its third season is presented by Ceit-Anna Macleod and Philip McHugh and showcases the very best acts from the Scottish music scene.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers tonight at the Renfrew Ferry in Glasgow supporting US rock band Vanilla Fudge as part of their 2004 World Tour. Vanilla Fudge’s biggest hit was a cover of the Supremes ‘You Keep Me Hanging On’ which charted at no 8. Vanilla Fudge’s Carmine Appice also co-wrote Rod Stewart’s ‘D’ya Think I’m Sex’.

Frank and Ally attend filming at STV studios in Glasgow for new series of the popular game show ‘Win Lose or Draw’ presented by Lisa Tarbuck. Captains appearing on the show include Sue Perkins, Paul Ross and Taggart star Blythe Duff. While Frank and Ally were not participants in the game them selves, they met with the stars of the show and enjoyed some free drinks.

Charlene, Ally and Frank attend ‘Elevator’ event in Glasgow’s Lighthouse building, for a presentation showcasing the bands’ as of yet unaired ITV session to a massive network of business and music industry personnel, media and young entrepreneurs. The band, were initially to perform at the event but previous commitments and a cold meant that Michelle could not attend.

Eric & The Bunny-Boilers asked to support psychedelic USA punk band ‘Vanilla Fudge’ at the Renfrew Ferry, Monday March 15th 2004 at 8pm. Vanilla Fudge will be touring the UK as part of their World Tour 2004. Vanilla Fudge’s Carmen Appice was co-writer of Rod Stewart’s hit ‘D’ya Think I’m Sexy’.

The band record a live half hour set for ITV's acclaimed late night music show Nochd Gun Chadal (aka Night Without Sleep). ITV Producer Bob Kenyon said: "We are very pleased to have the bunny boilers back on the show". The show will most likely air sometime in mid March on ITV1. The session includes seven completely new tracks: ‘Far Out’, ‘Bound’, ‘Crazy Boy’, ‘Fifteen Feet’, ‘Eighty Two’, and ‘High and Dry’. |
