Background Info: After his parents died on 9/11, Ryuu moved back to Japan to help him forget their death. He meets a strange girl who insists that he has 'supernatural' powers and tells him that he is needed in a place she calls 'Spirit World'. Thinking that she must be talking about a club, he tells her to take him there... (And so the adventure begins...)

Name: Kasumi
Name Meaning: Mist, fog
Gender: Female
Origin: Japan
Age: 15
Race: Ice/Animal Demon Hybrid

Occupation: Spirit Guide
Anime: Yu Yu Hakusho
Background Info: Not much is known about Kasumi's past. It is unknown how she became a spirit guide, in fact we don't even know where she lives (though we're pretty sure she has a house somewhere in Makai). 

Later in the series, we find out that she is Youko Kurama's sister. Though, when we look at the evidence, it really isn't surprising - after all, she has fox ears just like he does, a tail, and her powers are similar to his.

As for her personality, Kasumi is very shy and kind (much like Yukina), but also very strong and more than able to protect herself. Her weapon is a bow and arrow made of frozen roses (how romantic).

Name: Akihiko
Name Meaning: Bright/shining prince
Gender: Male
Origin: Japan
Age: 17
Race: Demon
Occupation: Entertainer
Anime: Yu Yu Hakusho
Background Info: Akihiko is an entertainer who works for Funtime Circus. He and Ryuu meet during Ryuu's search for Kasumi (who went missing).

Akihiko is a fun-loving, easy-going, comedic guy just wants to relax and have a good time. He makes a great friend, but if you get him angry, then boy are you in trouble. 

His weapon is a simple katana that he 'borrowed' from a war reenactment.  

Ryuu - I wanted to create someone like Hiei, and also kind of like Yusuke. Someone who was dark and angsty like our favorite little fire demon, but also had the 'spunk' and stupidity of the former Detective. I like the result, but to be honest he's pretty much just an emo Yusuke.

Kasumi- Yukina is one of my favorite characters in YYH, but I hate the fact that you never get to see her fight. So, I created a Yukina-ish character, and for added originality, I made her Youko's sister. Also, Ryuu needed a spirit guide, so I made her one. 

Akihiko- Akihiko reminds me of Kurama - they sound alike, look alike but their personalities and powers are different. Actually, when I made Akihiko I was aiming for a more modern version of Kurama, and also a more fun version. I really like the result.
