Chef Nick Foster became a vegan in 2002 (after being vegetarian for 8 years) and has great creative passion for concocting a wide array of vegan offerings for every aspect of your meal, from hors d'oeuvres, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, to artisan breads, cakes and other fine baked goods.
Nick has lived in the Albany area for much of his life and makes use of the areas' abundance of local farms for the freshest produce and other ingredients that make the shortest trip from the farm to your table. He is also aware of just how many other vegans and conscious eaters live in the Albany area with little or no place to go for consistently delicious but varied fare made especially for vegans. The Artful Vegan is your new resource for vegan catering!
We provide services for any event from 5-200. With one phone call, we will tailor our menu to meet your specific likes or dislikes and any special dietary needs (including gluten-free) you may have.
