I haven't really talked about my new job much, have I?

Target hired me a few weeks ago, for sales floor. Ya know, the people who you see straightening stuff up, and finding products for customers.

I really like it, a lot. It feeds my OCD really badly though, so, I have to use some restraint with a lot of job duties, because I don't have to do detail zoning until closing time, and I tend to do it during the day. So far, they have me working with the Monday n...

I've noticed sometimes when I explain what I write, some people get a little turned off, because of their general perception of the genres I'm in. That's usually when I mentioned either "supernatural" or "surrealism". What happens is, if you aren't in the writing world and examining it very closely, a lot of what you think a genre is, really isn't what you thought. So, I've put together a dictionary of different, popular and not-so-popular genres for readers to look through.

Yesterday I went to the funeral for my boyfriend's paternal grandmother.

I've never seen Wesley show so much emotion towards himself before. He made it a point to keep from crying directly in front of me. I know a lot of men don't like to cry in front of their girlfriends or spouses, but there really isn't anything more human than letting it out in front of someone you love.

Most of this week has not been fun for me. The fun parts were starting my new job.

In the meantime, my laptop has been having motherboard issues. This is not virus/spyware related, since this has been happening for the last year or so. I've heard this is the problem with most laptops. Thank heavens I have two thumbdrives, and will hopefully have enough money saved up to get one of those mini notebooks. Preferably Windows, Gateway or Dell, cause frankly, I HATE Macs.

About 7:30 pm- I'm browsing the forum of a particular website. Some spyware got onto my thumbdrive, then got onto my laptop's hard drive.

It infected everything.

I had to do a System Restore, which got it off my laptop.

I downloaded a Flash Disinfector, and used it to fix my thumbdrive.

I did not lose any files.

You should have seen it! Everything that I tried to download to kill the virus, would get inf...
