Extremely popular with Arna fans Broster made a single appearance in Arnold colours in Jan 1994 then returned for his second term playing 49 times in 2001/02 picking up two awards at the end of season presentation evening along the way. He followed that by being ever present in 02/03 and hardly missing a game between the sticks in 03/04.

Returned 'again' to GR to begin the 06/07 season having spent 05/06 at Sutton Town. Clarkey is what might safely be described as a 'character' - a whole hearted utilty player who never gives less than 100% effort on the field. With his fellow central defenders falling down like nine pins around him in 06/07 Clarkey stepped up to the plate with typical enthusiasm. Mark proved his worth to the squad more and more as that season progressed and deservedly received Runners Up spot in the Supporters Club Player of the Season awards. During 07/08 Mark became the 12th member of Arnold Town's exclusive 200 Club and once again was voted the Runners Up in the Supporters Club Player of the Season awards.
As a matter of pure Arna trivia - Clarkey was the first ever Arnold Town player to don the new Maroon and Gold shirt for a papa photo shoot (see above!)

Unfortunately injuries largely curtailed Mark's first team involvement after his arrival at GR. However, a desire to move to coaching has seen him take charge of Arnold's Academy team whilst remaining on NCE forms.

In a previous spell Chris booked himself a permanant spot in Arna folklore with his last minute winner at Redditch in the 02/03 FA Cup run which earned the club a high profile 4th Qual Rnd home tie against Scarborough. Wilko was the 10th member to join Arnold’s 200 Club and was a firm favourite with the Gedling Road fans until continued uncertainty concerning his future with the club eventually led to his departure (for a small fee) to title chasing Sheffield in December 2006. Struggled to maintain a regular spot in the Dronfield club’s forward line and subsequently saw action with Eastwood Town and Shepshed before making a surprise return to Arnold on 13th September 2008 at Maltby. Third in the list of ATFC’s all time goal scorers.
