Carol lives in Fife, Scotland where she teaches adult painting & drawings classes at local schools. People attend her classes not only to learn how to draw and paint, but to be inspired by her enthusiasm and sometimes whacky ideas! She has also run children's classes and workshops in the school holidays which she found to be great fun.
Carol has sold her art worldwide as well as at local galleries in Scotland.
She has had number of solo exhibitions, two of which she ran herself and has been part of joint exhibitions with fellow artists.
She has also organised exhibitions for all her students, the last and biggest one was held in the Glen Pavilion in Pittencrieff Park Dunfermline in May 2010, which was funded by Celebrating Fife 2010.
Carol has been a prolific artist and has a large selection of works available for sale in oil, acrylic, watercolour, charcoal pencil and pastel. A small selection is shown in this gallery. She will occasionally accept commissions based on her terms and conditions for such works. Most of her previous commissions have been for visitors to Scotland who have seen a particular emotive view that they wish to be recreated in oil as a permanent reminder. But she has also undertaken local commissions for the Fife Council and a Country park nearby, including designing and painting banners for the Glen Pavilion in Pittencreiff Park Dunfermline.
