Men in Middle Earth are humans like us. They are a proud race, I guess you can say. But their kingdoms are failing. They are a weak people. They have a desire for power. That is why both Boromir and his brother Faramir wanted the ring for themselves. But some men are stronger such as  Aragorn and Eomer. The Elves who are leaving and Middle Earth must put their trust in Men.
   There are also evil men who are servants of Sauron. They are called The Easterlings. Also the Black Riders/Nazgul/Ringwraiths used to be men who had the nine rings and became like they are now. They are neither living or dead. They are always searching for the Ring.
