Elves

Elves are very fair and beautiful creatures. Middle Earth looks to them for wisdom amd Leading. People often think elves are small little people, but in Middle Earth Tolkien describes them as Tall and fair people. They have very keen senses of hearing and sight and are very skilled with the bow and arrow. Some characters who are elves in the story are Legolas, Arwen, Haldir, Galadriel, Elrond and Celeborn. The race is slowly leaving Middle Earth ,unfortunately, and going into the West and sailing to the Undying Lands. If you go to my main page and click Elvish you will get to see what language they speak. It is a beautiful language to hear. Elves are also Immortal which means that they never die unless they get killed by the sword. They can also die of a broken heart. That's why It's such a big deal that Arwen bound herself to Aragorn because Aragorn is Mortal, and after he dies she will be in sorrow for him, probably for the rest of her life.
