COMMENTARY
The word "Conspiracy"
often makes one think of Paranoid Fanatics who think everyone is out to get
them. Most people do not believe Conspiracies exist outside of the Movies
or the latest Spy Novel but the truth is that they do exist and sometimes
for good reason.
It is true that many conspiracy theories are the product of overactive imaginations or paranoid thinking but those with an interest in such things tend to be the only ones who research them. I find it convenient to the conspirators that the public associates such claims as fantasy and delusion. This maintains our public blindness to such secrets and allows them to continue their activities. It is not unlikely that such fanatics may even be in on the conspiracies themselves and are there only to reinforce this public belief. These agencies after all operate on unlimited budgets and can easily afford such elaborate measures. However, there have been many documented and well known conspiracies. Governments from time to time deem it necessary to keep certain information and activities hidden from public awareness. National Security is the primary motive for the suppression of sensitive information as it is easy for an enemy to simply monitor the Media to see what the public knows about the activities of their own Government. Therefore it would be dangerous for the Government to trust the public with potentially compromising information. The need for National Security also affords the Government a lot of opportunity for corruption as secrecy and compartmentalization makes it relatively easy to do as they please without any accountability. After all, the public cannot complain about what it does not know.
What makes a conspiracy theory?
SECRECY: In the interest of National Security, as mentioned before, it is important to keep certain things secret form any potential enemy. All Nations actively spy on others. They do this for many reasons such as to obtain a reasonably accurate assessment of that Nations Military Strength and Technical Knowledge. Spies and Intelligence agencies employ elaborate deception and surveillance tactics in their efforts to discover secrets of other nations. Anyone can be subject to these deceptive tactics and thus it is necessary to keep the Public unaware of such secrets lest they accidentally or intentionally divulge them to a potential enemy power. As a result of this need to secure our national secrets from prying eyes, much of the Military and Intelligence Agencies are funded by what are known as "Black Budget Spending." This means that there is no public record of money used to support such agencies. If the enemy knows how much you are spending, then they might reasonably assess your capability. Having no accountability for spending, however, imparts these Black Budget Programs with enormous potential for corruption. Considering the amount of corruption often seen by our elected officials who are, for the most part, accountable for their actions, it is foolish to believe that Black Budget Programs would not abuse the power and freedom of spending that they have at their disposal. We know that given the opportunity, most Governments would not hesitate to subvert the needs of the public in favor of its own agendas. To think otherwise is to believe all Agents of the Government to be Saints who are incapable of corruption. These agencies have nearly Absolute Power and as we all know power corrupts, especially any power which operates outside of public accountability.
COMPARTMENTALIZATION: Secrecy is exceedingly difficult to maintain. A Super Power Government such as ours is enormous and employs hundreds of thousands of people. It is certain at any given time that there are agents of enemy powers who are on the inside attempting to obtain secrets. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that no one agency or person be in possession of a complete set of facts. Information is spread amongst many agencies which individually contain only a few pieces of information pertaining to any one sensitive area. The Big Picture is known to perhaps only a few high-ranking personnel and this gives them the unique ability to manipulate things from behind the veil of secrecy. The Government in general is not even privy to much of the goings on of these Black Budget Agencies who are free to get away with whatever they please up to and including the subversion of our personal rights. Compartmentalization also provides security in that no one person can be captured by an enemy and, through the use of torture and interrogation techniques, be made to divulge a cohesive set of important facts.
MISINFORMATION: Efforts to classify and compartmentalize sensitive information can never be infallible and it is a matter of fact that mistakes are made from time to time resulting in the leakage of secrets. Therefore, the technique of Misinformation is employed whereby upon the accidental leakage of sensitive information, it is deluded by the intentional release (or staged "leakage") of similar yet false information. The result is that of confusing the information and making it difficult to tell the real facts from the false facts. The information becomes so confusing and unreliable as to render the information useless and thus lessen the compromise on security.
CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS CONCERNS: Other reasons for secrecy are the potential for Cultural and Religious shock. Certain concepts such as the possible existence of Extraterrestrials could potentially disrupt our Religious beliefs or cause wide spread panic. Part of the role of Government is to protect the interests of our cultural institutions. Any information that may threaten these institutions could be greatly detrimental to society. Religious institutions for example are responsible for much of the charitable activities that normally would fall under the responsibility of the Government. They also provide a moral base for society and a motive to obey the laws of the land. If these institutions were to become obsolete, the ramifications on society could be very grave indeed.
POWER AND CONTROL: Some of the more disturbing Conspiracy Theories allege that there are those who poses the very secrets of Science and the True Origins of Mankind, knowledge so profound as to empower individuals to such a degree as to make Government obsolete. These theories claim that the conspirators (Government and Secret Societies such as the Illuminati and Free Masons) have suppressed ancient knowledge of science and the nature of the Universe. The implications of such knowledge is said to have the potential for Antigravity, Free Energy and Control over Matter itself. Suppose through this Ancient Knowledge there is the potential to serve all of Mankind's needs and provide for every person on the planet? Or suppose the true nature of God is revealed in these suppressed volumes which might enlighten and unite our entire race under one true form of spiritualism? What would this mean for the powers that be? Of course, it would mean the loss of their power and control over society. There are those who would rather things stay as they are, that we remain divided. Fractured into social, racial, religious and economic classes. Greed and Elitism are the motivators of such conspiracies. Those with the power and money do not particularly want to share it with the rest of us. They also would desire to suppress any major spiritual truths about the Human Race to prevent us from gravitating away from the materialistic values which make us such good consumers. If we had proof of God, we might not dwell so much on worldly things. Its all about money and the powers that be want us to keep consuming product that support big corporations which in turn, fund political campaigns that keep such corrupt persons in positions of power.
NOTE: It is important that we keep some perspective when it comes to conspiracy. There can be little doubt that they do exist in many forms but proving this is inherently difficult since the practices of secrecy leave behind very little in the way of conclusive evidence. We can see, however, that there is plenty of room for this type of corruption and the ease with which it can be implemented is so enticing as to be irresistible to those in positions of power. This does not mean that the Government is all bad. I personally believe that most people are good and have honest intentions, yet it only takes a few corrupt individuals in the right positions to perpetuate a conspiracy. We must constantly be watchful for corruption in Government and do what we can to prevent it whenever possible. Some secrecy is acceptable and even essential to our well being but when secrecy begins to subvert our freedoms or denies us something of great benefit to Mankind, then we must do our best to expose such corruption. After all, the price of Freedom is Eternal Vigilance.

Concentration Camps: FEMA and the Rex 84 Program -

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus
of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded
up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military
bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the
federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and
thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already
listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this
operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from
the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of
the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest
of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility
is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.]

- The U.S. Government has a new, ground-based "Star Wars"
weapon which is being tested in the remote bush country of Alaska. This new
system is intended to heat and lift a portion of the ionosphere above a selected
location on the planet in order to make a huge invisible "mirror" for bouncing
electromagnetic radiation back to the surface of Earth. Is it wise to poke
a hole, as it will do, in Earth's electrical umbrella? Is it wise to prod
a dynamic natural system without knowing how it will react?
The U.S. Military claims HAARP is designed to communicate with submerged submarines
and to penetrate the land with ELF (extremely low frequency) waves to search
for hidden tunnels or other sites of military interest. What else can HAARP
technology do? It can, according to author Nick
Begich: (1) shield a territory from interconnentinental ballistic missles,
(2) fry satellites, (3) disrupt communications over a large area of the globe,
(4) change the chemical structure of the upper atmosphere and possibly alter
the weather, (5) affect human mental functioning, and (6) generally impact
the health of humans and other biological systems in negative ways. This system
may go fully on-line at any time, perhaps in March (1997), according to some
reports.
Do we, the taxpayers, deserve to know the facts about this powerful experimental
weapons system that may impact us and our entire planet in negative ways?

experts. He also gave numerous interviews and lectured to several hundred

is: "What is the difference between a Contrail and a Chemtrail?" This is based
on the questions I have been ask via email. Answer: A Chemtrail is a lingering
contrail that usually expands out to form a cloud that looks much like a normal
Cirrus formation but often will form below the normal altitude for Cirrus
type clouds. Chemtrails also often have the tell tale oil slick colored light
refraction patterns observable through them as you will see in the picture
below. Another reported difference is the fact that Chemtrails are often laid
down in deliberate patterns that will resemble a tic-tac-toe, or zigzag pattern

A Must Read!!! This is an amazing and disturbing interview about
strange Masonic symbolism in the design and commissioned Artwork Murals in
the "New World Airport" in Denver Colorado. These horrifying murals
depict scenes of death and destruction, racism and neo-naziism. In addition,
there is mention to the enormous amount of unused land around this airport
(no public development plan for these areas) that are surrounded by high concrete
wall with inward-pointing barbed wire, apparently designed to keep something
from getting out rather than keeping something out. As with the stories of
the FEMA Concentration Camps, there are also railroads leading into the compound
with a number of empty cars sitting there waiting to transport who knows what.
This has every appearance of a concentration camp!
