II. Redistribution & Viewing Policy

-- The Warriors Encyclopedia has a zero-tolerance policy about unauthorized and/or uncredited reposting of the information, articles and essays on this site, as well as information, articles and essays from the original Neopets version. If you are found to have reposted and/or not given due credit, we will require you to take down the information, or we will take you to task with the host for plagiarism.
-- For articles that have no specifically noted author, permission from Gorsecloud must be obtained to repost the article.
-- For essays and articles with specifically noted authors, permission of the specific author must be obtained, and it is requested that you notify Gorsecloud.
-- Any and all repostings require a minimum amount of credit to be given. Said credit will consist of the author of the article in an easily visible place. A link to The Warriors Encyclopedia is encouraged but not required. Individual authors may request more information to be added to credits.
-- After reposting information, a link of the repost is to be sent to Gorsecloud to ensure due credit is given.
-- You are not allowed to give permission to other sites to repost our information, even if you yourself have reposted. Third parties must ask us directly for permission.
-- The Warriors Encyclopedia reserves the right to deny any request to repost it may choose. Reposting after permission has been denied will result in an immediate referral to the host where the plagiarism has been posted.

III. Submission Policy

When you submit an essay, you agree to adhere to the following statements:

1. I agree that I am the sole author of this essay/article (This excludes the case of coauthors, in which you are agreeing that the people listed are the sole authors of the essay/article)
2. I am hereby giving Gorsecloud permission to post this essay/article on her site, and will notify her if I wish the article to be removed. In addition, I will not falsely accuse Gorsecloud of plagiarizing my article.
3. I will inform Gorsecloud alerting her to all locations (before and after submission) that the article has been posted with my approval, so she does not mistake an approved reposting of the article with plagarism.
4. I will inform Gorsecloud of any plagiarism found.
5. I agree that I am allowing Gorsecloud to make minor edits, mainly restricted to correcting spelling and grammatical errors.

If you are found to be breaking any of these agreements it may, depending on the severity of the offense (Breaking agreements #1 and/or #2 in particular will not be tolerated), it may result in the immediate removal of your essay from the site.

All essays will be read and evaluated thoroughly before being either accepted or rejected, the latter including an explanation why. There are several reasons she may reject your article. She may not think it suitable for The Warriors Encyclopedia. She may wish for some editing and polishing to be done before accepting. But the following things will not be tolerated and will result in immedeate rejection of your essay.

Racism and Racial slurs (this also includes Ethnic slurs)

Sexism

Prejudiced comments and Intolerance

Inappropriate material including but not restricted to explicitly describing/showing sex, pornography, and excessive use of language

The bashing of any other site or fandom. If you have a grudge against another site or hate Fire/Sand, take it somewhere else.

Bashing opinions. Disagreeing is fine but things like "Ugh. How can you actually think that? You're pathetic and stupid." will not be permitted in the slightest.

Chatspeak, particularly in excessive amounts, unless they somehow pertain to the subject matter of the essay.

Harassing Gorsecloud for not accepting your submission will not make it any more likely for your work to be accepted. On the contrary, it may lead to you being blocked by her.

Once accepted, your article may take a while to be coded into the site, so please be patient. Afterwards, if Gorsecloud ever wishes to take it down or maybe have it revised to fit subsequent releases of the Warriors books, she will contact you about it.

Information covering the world beyond the books, including the territories, basic information about the Clans themselves, Clan terms, and many other things.

Information that can be directly used in any of the hundreds of Warriors roleplays out there, as well as useful articles about roleplaying Warriors.

Well-thought out pieces of text from all sources that invite you to look into the deeper side of the Warriors series. Submissions are welcome!

Anything that doesn't really fit anywhere else.
