This program is a private organization designed to help protect and learn more about domestic African Pygmy Hedgehogs in the great state of Texas! Register your pet with us today (it's free to all!) and help your fellow Texan Hedgie lovers prevent inbreeding of these wonderful little animals while creating awareness of the general care and nature of hedgehogs as pets.
There is an E-Book and Paperback copy of The Hedgehog Registry of Texas available here twice a year with discount rate on the E-Book offered to members with hedgehogs with us. If your store front or business wishes to sell these books please contact us for information.
The book contains a full list of all registered hedgehogs in Texas, a picture or each hedgie next to his ID, name, and owner info. (contact info. is optional). The book will also contain advertisements for Texas clubs, businesses, and other hedgehog related groups in addition to articles, arts and crafts guides, and lots of other fun hedgehog related content submitted by our members!
Our next book will be available in January 2009. All ads and new listings must be received by no later than December 01, 2008 to be included in this edition of The Texas Hedgehog Registry.
